Our ‘ready to go’ themes give you the option of choosing from different colour options to match your business branding. Depending what theme you are using, some of them have limited colour palettes and others have unlimited colour options.
To access the colours section options follow the steps below.
- Login to your website.
- From the website admin menu (left hand side) go to Theme Options > General Colour
- To change the colours for the different elements on our site browse the tabs below:
Here you will find two different options to set theme colours: some of our themes have a limited number of colour schemes to choose from, while others have an unlimited choice of colours via a colour wheel picker. Check your theme options area and follow the instructions accordingly.
Pre defined colour schemes
- In the General/Colour screen locate the Theme Colour section and click on the desired colour icon you want for your theme, see below:
- After you have selected your favourite colour click on the Save Changes button, you will find this at the top and the bottom of the page.
Unlimited colour choice
- Click on the Select Color button to open the colour Wheel.
- Move your mouse around the colour wheel to select a colour or enter the hexadecimal number at the top, if you have an specific colour for your brand.
Note that in these cases you may have the option of changing colours for different theme elements like header, footer, background, etc. - After you have selected your colour click on the Save Changes button, you will find this at the top and the bottom of the page.
Instructions
- From the Theme Options > General Colour screen locate the Button Colour section.
- Click on Select Color button to open the colour Wheel.
- Move your mouse around the colour wheel to select a colour or enter the hexadecimal number at the top, if you have a specific colour for your brand.
- After you have selected the colour for your buttons click on the Save Changes button.
Instructions
- From the Theme Options > General Colour screen locate the Links Colour section.
Note: You may have different area link options, like sidebar links, footer links, etc. - Click on Select Color button to open the colour Wheel.
In the Regular option select the main colour for the link,
In the Hover option select the colour you want your visitor to see when they hover their mouse over the link. - Move your mouse around the colour wheel to select a colour or enter the hexadecimal number at the top.
- After you have selected the colour for your buttons click on the Save Changes button.
