Each month we send full reports to our managed website customers covering:
- Website visitor statistics
- Online booking sources
- Survey Feedback (if activated)
These same reports are accessible to all customers and can be self run at any time.
As these reports contain a lot of information we have created a quick overview dashboard which shows key statistics and enables quick comparison to previous period/s – see example screen image below:
The dashboard defaults to weekly time periods so when you first login to the dashboard at you will want to alter the settings to monthly for a more meaningful comparison . To do so:
- Click on the date selector period (top right)
- Set ‘Group By’ to ‘Month’
- Select to display ‘Last 30 Days’
- Click ‘Apply’ button

To compare over a longer period set as follows:
- Click on the date selector period (top right)
- Set ‘Group By’ to ‘Month’
- Navigate to required month/year for ‘from’ date (left calendar) and click required day
- Navigate to required month/year for ‘to’ date (right calendar) and click required day
- Click ‘Apply’ button
