With our CMS Websites you can add as many pages as you want. There are two ways of doing this.

Create a page from scratch
Duplicate an existing layout
Create a page from scratch

Instructions

  1. Click on ‘Pages’ link in left panel.
  2. Click ‘Add New’ link under Pages heading in left panel (see image).
    Add new page screen will be displayed in edit mode.
  3. Enter page menu title in the field at the top (you will see Enter title here, see image below)

    Tip: Keep this as short as possible as there is limited space available.
  4. In right hand panel will be the Page Attributes panel.
  5. At field Parent select which page this new page should be attached to as a sub menu item, or select No Parent if you wish this page to be a Top Level Menu Item.

  6. Under the Order field you can select the order that this page will appear in your menu, either as a Top Level or Sub menu item.
    Please note you will still need to add this page into the Menu Builder to display in your menu.
  7. When you are finished editing the page click Publish button in right-hand panel to publish the page. Otherwise you can click Save Draft if you want to save but not publish the page. Your Draft pages will be available to edit next time by going to Pages -> Directory View.
  8. If you wish to add content to your page, then click on the Page Builder link page-builder-link
  9. The Page Builder will open, and you will be presented with the option to use a Template for this page. Select a Template if you wish, otherwise click Cancel to start creating a page layout from scratch.

Duplicate an existing layout

To make it easier to create new pages, you can duplicate an existing layout and then edit the page contents as you wish.

  • Load the page that you wish to duplicate
  • Click the Page Builder link

  • Click on Tools from the Page Builder menu

  • Select the Duplicate Layout option

  • The page will be duplicated, and you will be directed to the WordPress page editor to rename the page Title and Permalink

  • In right hand panel will be the Page Attributes panel.

  • Once you have Published the page, you will be able to edit the content using the Page Builder. All content will be the same as the page you have duplicated, and you can edit any text and images as you wish.
