Setup Instructions

2. Next you will need to verify your email address.
3. Clicking the verification link in your email will then load the Tawk.to dashboard so that you can enter your website details.

Setup Instructions
1. First you will need to Sign Up – please click here
2. Next you will need to verify your email address…
You will receive an email with a link to click as below…
3. Clicking the verification link in your email will then load the Tawk.to dashboard so that you can enter your website details…
4. After entering your website details click next and invite any further Agents that will be monitoring the live chat.
If you are the only one that will be monitoring the chats then click Next.
5. Next Tawk.to will prompt you to install the Chat Widget. We will do this for you so just click Next and contact us to ask us to install the Widget if we have not done so already.
6. Once the Widget has been installed on your website, you will need to log in to your website Admin and Sign In to your Tawk.to account.
To do this go to General Settings -> Tawk.to
7. Sign in with your Tawk.to log in details.
8. Select your website, and choose the Widget (the free option only has Default as an option).
Click ‘Use selected widget’.
You will see you can also access your Tawk.to Dashboard from the green button on this page.
9. The Live Chat widget should now be displaying on your website.
You may need to clear the website cache.
