Above a resolution of 800px (typically desktop PC and tablets) your website will display a left or right aligned sidebar. On devices with a screen resolution below this there is not sufficient width to display page content and the sidebar so the sidebar is hidden.
As sidebar content can be quite lengthy it isn’t appropriate to merely shift it’s location to below page content. However a mobi specific sidebar widget area is provided below page content in case you wish to show items such as social media links, etc.
