Setting up email accounts on your mobile device will be slightly different for each mobile device and Android version you are using. Below are instructions for you which should help.
Go to Settings > Add Account > Put in email address and password and select Manual Setup……
Select IMAP or POP3 depending on your preference…..
Enter your email address and password
Incoming server is host.ibex.systems
Ports are 993 for IMAP, and 995 for POP3
Security Type is SSL/TLS
Outgoing server is host.ibex.systems
Outgoing port is 465
Security Type is SSL/TLS
Tick yes to require sign in, and enter your email address and password
Select your sync preferences
After selecting Next, your email will sync and you are done.
